Products and Orders

ExpertReloader.com sells physical printed materials — guides, posters, and accessories — shipped by mail. All product descriptions are accurate to the best of our ability. If you have questions about what's included before ordering, contact us at the address below.

Orders are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. ExpertReloader.com does not store your credit card information. Payment is charged at the time of order.

Shipping

Shipping is included in the purchase price — there are no additional shipping or handling charges. Orders are shipped to addresses within the United States. If you are ordering from outside the United States, contact us before ordering to confirm we can ship to your location.

Returns and Refund Policy

We stand behind our materials with a full 90-day satisfaction guarantee. If within 90 days of purchase you do not find the guides to be a worthwhile investment, return them to the address below and we will refund your full purchase price including your original shipping cost — no questions asked.

The laminated Troubleshooter poster and ball chains are yours to keep regardless of whether you request a refund, as a token of thanks for trying the materials.
